We are located in the heart of Izola (historical core) - one of the most authentic seaside towns in Slovenian Istria. We renovated a historic building in Izola and converted it into 3 neat apartments. The apartments are located 500m from the sea and in a quiet location. Everything you need is nearby: public markets and shops, restaurants, bars, parks, post office, public transport, etc.

Accommodates a maximum of 4 people, is located on the ground floor and is very spacious (size 85m2), has a separate bedroom, bathroom (with washing machine), fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room (with sofa bed). It has free private parking in front of the apartment and a private garden.

Accommodates up to 5 people, located on the first floor (70m2) with separate bedroom, bathroom (with washing machine and shower, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher), dining room and living room (with sofa bed).
Third suite:
Accommodates a maximum of 4 people, is located on the second floor (50m2) with separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room (with sofa bed), closed balcony (living room) and open balcony. The private parking lot is located behind the house and is visible from the apartment. It offers free private parking and an open private balcony.
