Apartments Koper are located 300m from the sea in a quiet part of the old town of Koper, in a renovated building with 8 apartments.

The apartment for 6 people is located on the 3rd floor and offers 3 double bedrooms, one with a sea view and the other two overlooking the main city square of Koper. It includes a kitchen with a dining and living area, a bathroom, a hallway, and a basement for storing bicycles.

The apartment is fully equipped, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an LCD TV, a radio, and all kitchen utensils. The rental price includes bed linen and basic towels.
Upon receiving the apartment keys, guests are required to pay the full rental amount and a €50 deposit for final cleaning, which will be refunded upon departure if the apartment is clean.

We need to know in advance whether to arrange one of the rooms with a double bed or separate beds (possible in one room).

One parking space is available in a garage (150m away) for an additional charge of €5 per day.

Lastnik je zelo prijazen. V apartmaju bi moral dolocene stvari urediti (popraviti)kot je tus kabina omare ter hladilnik. V celoti gledano nam je bilo lepo.

Herr Perc ist bemüht um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Leider hat bei unserer Ankunft die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert der Vermieter hat innerhalb von zwei Tagen aber sofort eine neue Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt.

The owner was very helpful and flexible! It was very good, but I think the apartment could be better with small things its just small design, but help to increase guests satisfaction. The price was really excellent, in total we spent a good holiday in Koper!

Pustili bolj čisto kot dobili. Gospodarja nismo videli. Zadnji dan pa gospodarjeva žena ni vedela (!?), da obstaja kavcija in da se jo ob odhodu dobi nazaj, če stanovanje očistiš.

Parkirišče je kar precej oddaljeno, v sezoni pa ni ne plačljivega parkirišča.
